park4talk — приложение для звонков и переписки между людьми, которые добавили друг друга по коду приложения и подтвердили это. Ниже описано, какие данные приложение обрабатывает и зачем.

Какие данные мы храним на сервере

• Учётная запись: выбранное вами имя или ник, случайный шестизначный код приложения, хэш PIN-кода (сам PIN не хранится).
• Книга контактов: коды тех, кого вы добавили, и имена, под которыми вы их записали. Телефонную книгу устройства приложение не читает и не загружает.
• Групповые чаты: название группы и список участников.
• Журнал звонков: кто кому звонил, время начала и длительность, результат (отвечен, пропущен). Содержание разговоров не записывается. Журнал хранится, пока существует ваша учётная запись, и удаляется вместе с ней.
• Push-токены устройства (iPhone и Android) — чтобы доставить входящий звонок или уведомление, когда приложение закрыто. На iPhone это токен Apple Push Notification service, на Android — токен Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google).
• Открытый ключ шифрования вашего устройства — чтобы другие участники могли шифровать сообщения для вас.

Звонки и сообщения

Звонки идут между устройствами через ретранслятор (TURN) с шифрованием DTLS-SRTP. Сервер видит только служебные данные для установления соединения и не имеет ключей к содержимому разговора.

Сообщения, фото, файлы и голосовые шифруются на вашем устройстве ключом, который известен только отправителю и получателю (сквозное шифрование). Сервер хранит зашифрованный конверт только до доставки получателю, недоставленное удаляется через 7 дней. История переписки хранится только на телефонах участников.

Уведомление о новом сообщении на iPhone содержит только имя отправителя или название группы, без текста.

Разрешения устройства

• Микрофон — для звонков и голосовых сообщений.
• Уведомления — входящие звонки и сообщения.
• Работа в фоне, отключение оптимизации батареи, автозапуск, показ поверх других окон (Android) — чтобы входящий звонок дошёл и открылся, когда приложение свёрнуто.
• Фото, камера и файлы — только то, что вы сами выбираете для отправки или сохраняете из переписки.

ИИ-перевод сообщений и звонков

Если вы сами включили перевод в настройках и дали согласие, текст входящих текстовых сообщений и голос в звонках с переводом отправляются на сервер park4talk и в сторонние ИИ-сервисы распознавания, перевода и озвучки, в том числе за пределами ЕС. На время перевода сообщения не защищены сквозным шифрованием. Мы не храним ни текст, ни перевод сообщений, сервис перевода не использует их для обучения; переводы остаются только на вашем телефоне. На время тестирования звонки с переводом записываются для улучшения качества и удаляются через 30 дней. Выключить перевод и отозвать согласие можно в любой момент: «Настройки» → «Перевод» → «Выключить перевод». Подробнее — условия перевода.

Чего мы не делаем

• Не показываем рекламу, не используем трекеры и аналитику третьих сторон.
• Не продаём данные и не передаём их третьим лицам для их собственных целей. Для доставки уведомлений мы пользуемся службами производителей платформ: Apple Push Notification service на iPhone и Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) на Android. Через них проходит только токен вашего устройства, имя отправителя или звонившего — то, под которым он записан у вас в книге, — либо название группы, и постоянный текст уведомления («Новое сообщение», «Вам звонил …»). Текст сообщений, фото, файлы и голосовые через эти службы не передаются и им недоступны.
• Не запрашиваем номер телефона, e-mail и доступ к контактам устройства.

Хранение и удаление

Данные хранятся на сервере в Российской Федерации. Тексты для перевода (если вы его включили) на наших серверах не сохраняются; записи звонков с переводом — не дольше 30 дней.

Удалить учётную запись можно прямо в приложении: меню (⋯) → «Удалить аккаунт» → подтвердить PIN. С сервера сразу и навсегда удаляются учётная запись, книга, группы, которые вы создали (и ваше участие в чужих), журнал звонков, push-токены, ключ и всё, что ещё не доставлено; переписка на этом телефоне тоже стирается. Если доступа к приложению нет, напишите на hello@alloroman.com с кодом приложения — удалим в течение 7 дней.

Дети

Приложение не предназначено для детей младше 13 лет и не собирает данные о возрасте.

park4talk is an app for calls and messages between people who have added each other by app code and confirmed it. This policy explains what data the app processes and why.

Data we store on the server

• Account: the name or nickname you choose, a random six-digit app code, and a hash of your PIN (the PIN itself is not stored).
• Contact list: the codes of people you added and the names you saved them under. The app does not read or upload your device address book.
• Group chats: the group name and the list of members.
• Call log: who called whom, start time, duration and result (answered, missed). Call content is never recorded. The log is kept for as long as your account exists and is deleted together with it.
• Device push tokens (iPhone and Android) — to deliver incoming calls and notifications when the app is closed. On iPhone this is an Apple Push Notification service token, on Android a Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) token.
• Your device's public encryption key — so others can encrypt messages for you.

Calls and messages

Calls go between devices through a relay (TURN) and are encrypted with DTLS-SRTP. The server only sees the technical data needed to set up the connection and has no keys to the call content.

Messages, photos, files and voice messages are encrypted on your device with a key known only to the sender and the recipient (end-to-end encryption). The server keeps the encrypted envelope only until it is delivered; undelivered items are deleted after 7 days. Chat history is stored only on the participants' phones.

A new-message notification on iPhone contains only the sender's name or the group name, never the text.

Device permissions

• Microphone — for calls and voice messages.
• Notifications — incoming calls and messages.
• Background operation, battery optimization exemption, autostart, display over other apps (Android) — so an incoming call arrives and opens when the app is in the background.
• Photos, camera and files — only what you choose to send or save from a chat.

AI message and call translation

If you turn on translation in the settings and give your consent, the text of incoming text messages and the voice in calls with translation are sent to the park4talk server and to third-party AI speech recognition, translation and voice services, including outside the EU. While being translated, messages are not protected by end-to-end encryption. We store neither the text nor the translation of messages, and the translation service does not use them for training; translations stay only on your phone. During testing, calls with translation are recorded to improve quality and deleted after 30 days. You can turn translation off and withdraw consent at any time: "Settings" → "Translation" → "Turn off translation". More in the translation terms.

What we don't do

• No ads, no third-party trackers or analytics.
• We don't sell your data and don't share it with third parties for their own purposes. Notifications are delivered through the platform vendors' services: Apple Push Notification service on iPhone and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) on Android. Only your device token, the name of the sender or caller — the name you saved them under — or the group name, and a fixed notification text («New message», «You had a call from …») pass through them. Message text, photos, files and voice messages are never sent through these services and are not available to them.
• We don't ask for your phone number, e-mail or access to your device contacts.

Storage and deletion

Data is stored on a server in the Russian Federation. Texts sent for translation (if you turned it on) are not stored on our servers; recordings of calls with translation are kept for no longer than 30 days.

You can delete your account in the app: menu (⋯) → "Delete account" → confirm with your PIN. Your account, contact list, groups you created (and your membership in others), call log, push tokens, key and anything not yet delivered are deleted from the server immediately and permanently; chats on that phone are erased too. If you can't access the app, write to hello@alloroman.com with your app code and we will delete the account within 7 days.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not collect age information.
